Appointment Check In: Call us from the parking lot: 207-935-2244 to check in. If you do not have a cell phone, ring the doorbell to the right of the door, and one of our staff will come out and check you in.
Our technicians will come and get your pet from your vehicle; they will bring your pet in for the visit and return your pet to your vehicle after the appointment. Any Doctor communication will be done by phone either during or after the appointment based on the nature of the appointment. We will then come out and take payment. The goal is to have only our staff entering and exiting the building, limiting exposure to you and them.

Our staff will get your items together for you before you arrive. We would prefer to take credit card payment over the phone prior to pick up, but will provide you with a total so you can have cash or check ready for payment. Once you are here please call us from parking lot 207-935-2244 or ring the doorbell. Our staff will be speaking to you through the door and bring your items to you.
Upcoming Appointments: With limited medical supplies and with the uncertainty of supply availability, we have decided to focus on emergencies and sick pet visits only. If your pet has started a vaccination series that is time sensitive this is exception and please make us aware so that we don't miss that window of opportunity. Routine vaccinations, routine surgeries, and routine blood work will resume as soon as we are safely capable. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please don't hesitate to call us at 207-935-2244.
